At The Butcher Club Epping you will find a Bubbly Store Manager named John.
John started butchering at the age of 14, giving him 50 years’ experience in the field.
He won the 1969 Boxing title of Golden Gloves and then went on to become Glenroy Chamber of Commerce (dept. Mayor) looking after 250 retail outlets.
Before managing The Butcher Club Epping, John had 5 stores of his own at Moonee Ponds, Glenroy and Broadmeadows.

At Bakers Delight Epping, you will find over 120 years baking experience.
In 1980 Tony got his first job at Tip Top bakery in Western Street Brunswick, delivering bread to 15 Milk Bars and 500 houses.
After 3-4 years he was promoted to Regional manager and was based in Bendigo.
In 1994 he joined Bakers Delight as a consultant, teaching franchisees how to run stores and make product.
Tony then went on to open Bakers Delight on day 1 at Epping with his wife Chris.
Tony and Chris’s 4 sons have grown up working in the bakeries, with 2 of them now owning Bakers Delight stores themselves in Queensland.

At Fine cuts Halal meet you will find Ahmet and Muhammat. After 10 years of butchering experience, it was time to expand into a bigger store, so decided to open Fine Cuts at Pacific Epping.
They have now been in the centre for 2.5 years and have stores in 5 other locations around Melbourne.

At World of Nuts you will find a bubbly store manager by the name of Dunya, she has been working with the World of Nuts for 7 years.
